DIY Ayurvedic Potali for Aches and Pains

• Shatapushpa (Anethum sowa)
• Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata)
• Vacha (Acorus calamus)
• Kola (Zizyphus jujuba)
• Kulattha (Dolichos biflorus)
• Mashah (Vigna mungo)

How to Use ?

• Place the herbal potali on a hot pan.
• Sprinkle some fresh water on the pan & dab the potali on it.
• Apply pain relieving oil (Vajraayu vedanahara taila) on the affected area before using the potali.
• Use gentle pressure by rolling, dragging & pressing it against the affected areas for 10-15mins.
• Each potali can be used for up to 5 times.
