- Tila Thaila (Sesame Oil)
- Dhattura Swarasa – Datura Metel
- Kanji – Fermented Gruel
- Prepared from fine powders of each of:
- Kushta – Saussurea lappa
- Vacha – Acorus calamus
- Dhatri – Indian Gooseberry fruit
- Maricha – Black Pepper
- Visha – Aconitum ferox
- Dhattura – Datura Metel
- Patu – Rock Salt

- Shigru (Moringa pterygosperma)
- Kushtha (Saussurea lappa)
- Shunthi (Zingiber officinalis)
- Lasunam (Allium sativum)
- Devadaru (Cedrus deodara),
- Yava (Hordeum vulgare),
- Shatapushpa (Anethum sowa)
- Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata)
- Vacha (Acorus calamus)
- Kola (Zizyphus jujuba)
- Kulattha (Dolichos biflorus)
- Mashah (Vigna mungo)
How to Use ?
- Place the herbal potali on a hot pan.
- Sprinkle some fresh water on the pan & dab the potali on it.
- Apply pain relieving oil (Vajraayu vedanahara taila) on the affected area before using the potali.
- Use gentle pressure by rolling, dragging & pressing it against the affected areas for 10-15mins.
- Each Potali can be used 8-10 times, it all depends on for how long you have been using this for every single time.
